Watch out for
It only accepts Vertuo capsules, has no milk system and is 42.9cm deep; long-term capsule cost and independent reliability testing matter more than the initial price alone.

No separate grinder is required for this machine route. Beans, capsules, filters, milk, scales, cleaning products and optional accessories are excluded. Retailer prices and stock can change before checkout.
Required purchases, useful extras and later care supplies are kept separate. A connected product is an evidenced option—not a paid placement or the only valid choice.

Nespresso Vertuo capsules
Vertuo capsules only; the barcode-led system does not accept Original capsules. Add a separate frother; milk is not contained in the coffee capsule.
Both use Vertuo capsules, barcode-led one-button brewing and connected updates. The Pop is the lower-cost, shorter route with a 560ml tank and drinks up to 355ml; the Next adds a 1.1-litre tank and the larger carafe format.
The recorded machine-price gap is about £90, but both lock the owner into the same Vertuo capsule ecosystem. Capsule cost, preferred cup size and tank refilling matter more than treating the Next as an automatic coffee-quality upgrade.
