This is not one-touch coffee: every drink involves grinding, distributing, tamping, brewing and—if required—manual steaming. The built-in grinder has 16 external settings and is less upgradeable than separate equipment. Ownership also includes hand-washing, after-use steam-wand care, a five-minute prompted backflush, grinder cleaning, unprompted 60–90-day descaling and a water filter nominally every 90 days or 40L; recorded filters alone model at about £61 a year.
This is not a one-touch machine: the owner still transfers, locks and empties the portafilter and textures milk manually. Intelligent dosing is correction based on the previous grind, not a built-in weighing scale. Sage publishes the dimensions as 42.2 × 36.7 × 31cm W × D × H; check the exact worktop placement because the order looks unusual.
